The Lead Detail page — fields, pills, activity

A complete walkthrough of the Lead Detail page — every pill, every field, every section, and what each one tells you.

Hero row

The top of every Lead Detail page shows three pills next to the lead's name:

  • Pipeline stage — coloured to match the stage (New = slate, Contacted = blue, Nurturing = amber, Hot = red, Under Contract = violet, Closed = green). Click the pill to open an inline dropdown and change the stage without leaving the profile. Every change is logged automatically to Notes & Activity.
  • Type — Buyer, Seller, Investor, Renter. Edit through the Edit Lead drawer.
  • Assigned Agent — the team member currently responsible for the lead. Team Admins, Team Leads, and administrators can click the pill to open a dropdown of all assignable team members and reassign in one tap. Every reassignment is auto-logged.

Contact Info card

Email, mobile, phone, type, source, campaign, and lead action. Verified mobile numbers show a green checkmark beside the digits — Twilio has confirmed the number is real and deliverable.

Tracking & Attribution

This section appears below the contact details whenever any tracking data was captured. You'll see:

  • Source Resolution — how the source label was derived (UTM mapped, classified from referrer, direct, etc.).
  • Search Intent — the visitor's search query when available, or the strongest available proxy. See Search Intent.
  • Geo Location — IP-based city/region/country.
  • IP Address — for fraud and duplicate-detection purposes.
  • Analytics — either the GA4 Client ID (when captured) or a "Privacy-Conscious Visitor" indicator. See Privacy-Conscious Visitors.
  • Visitor Cookie ID — the first-party identifier that ties anonymous browsing to this lead.

Site Activity card

Aggregated stats (total views, properties, conversions, sessions, last active) plus a Pages Visited list and a Properties Viewed list. Conversion-tier tracked pages appear with a gold star icon. See Tracked Pages.

Visitor Journey card

Chronological timeline of every touch and page view — the visitor's story from first touch to form submit. See Visitor Journey.

Notes & Activity

Manual notes, auto-logged stage changes, auto-logged agent reassignments, auto-logged calls and emails, and CMA reports — everything that has happened to this lead in chronological order. Click any pill in the hero row to add an entry automatically.

We replaced BoomTown and three other tools the week we went live. The MLS sync alone saved us four hours a day. Our agents were in the CRM on day one — there was nothing to learn.
