Setting up drip campaigns

Create automated email and SMS sequences that nurture leads on a set schedule.

What is a drip campaign?

A drip campaign is a sequence of automated messages — email, SMS, or both — sent to a lead on a pre-set schedule. Once a lead is enrolled, the campaign runs automatically with no manual effort required.

Creating a campaign

Go to Campaigns in the left navigation and click New Campaign. Give it a name, choose the channel (email, SMS, or both), and start adding steps. Each step has a delay (e.g. Day 1, Day 3, Day 7) and a message body.

Enrolling leads

Open any lead record and click Enrol in Campaign. Select the campaign from the list. The first message will send based on the Day 1 delay you configured. You can see which campaign a lead is enrolled in from their record at any time.

Pausing and unenrolling

To pause a lead mid-campaign, open their record and click the active campaign badge. Select Pause or Unenrol. Paused leads resume from where they left off when unpaused.

We replaced BoomTown and three other tools the week we went live. The MLS sync alone saved us four hours a day. Our agents were in the CRM on day one — there was nothing to learn.
