What clients see on their dashboard

The four panels that open when a client signs in, and what controls each one.

Built around what changed

The dashboard opens on what a client does not already know. Rather than a menu of links back into the site, it leads with movement: new listings, changes on saved homes, what is coming up, and what you have published.

New for you

Listings that matched one of the client’s saved searches in the last week. Paused and unsubscribed alerts stay silent here as well as by email, so the portal never becomes a way around an opt-out.

Updates on your favorites

Price changes, status moves, sold and off-market events from the last fortnight on anything the client has saved. Drawn from the property history recorded at import, so it needs no setup.

Coming up

The next seven days of tasks an agent has shared with that client — showings, calls, paperwork deadlines. Only tasks explicitly marked client-visible appear, exactly as on the To Do List.

Latest Articles & Market Updates

Three recent posts as cards, unread first. Opening one marks it read and takes the client to the post on your public site in a new tab, where the full layout, your branding and your contact forms already live — and the visit counts as traffic to your site.

Choose which category feeds this under Settings → Client Portal. Leaving it unset shows your most recent posts from any category. If the chosen category has no published posts, the panel stays hidden rather than showing an empty section.

When there is nothing to report

A quiet single line replaces the panels rather than a full-height empty card. Once a client has read every article, that panel keeps showing recent posts instead of emptying out.

My team recently switched from CINC Pro to MLS Genie and I absolutely love it! MLS Genie is so much easier to use and less confusing!
