Choosing where it goes
Open New Post and pick the channels along the top. What you write in the main box feeds every channel you have chosen.
Writing with Genie AI
Put whatever you have in the box — a note, an address, or a link to a page — and press Write with Genie AI. It turns that into a post. If there is already a finished post in the box, the same button reshapes it to the length and tone you have chosen instead of starting again, so your own edits are kept rather than thrown away. Undo puts your words back.
Seeing it before it goes
The preview beside the editor shows the post as each network will show it, including where the text gets cut off. On a phone, switch between Editor and Preview with the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Wording per channel
Below the editor, each selected channel has its own tab. Edit one and it keeps your version; leave it alone and it follows the main copy.
Images
Drag an image in, or paste a link to one of your own pages and Social Manager offers that page's image for you to accept with one click.
Google Business posts
Google shows a link as a button beneath the post rather than as text. Choose which button it is — Learn more, Book, Sign up, Call now, Order online or Buy — and it uses the link already in your post.
