What Social Manager does
Social Manager is where you write, schedule and publish social posts without leaving the CRM. One post can go to several accounts at once, and each one can carry its own wording where a network needs something different.
Where to find it
In GenieCRM, under Marketing, Social Manager. It has two views: Posts, a list of everything published and scheduled, and Calendar, the same posts laid out by date.
What it is not
Review monitoring and replies live in Reputation Manager, a separate module. Social Manager is for publishing.

Social Manager is a $49/mo add-on on the Agent plan, and is included with Agent Pro and Team.
