What is GenieLayers™?
GenieLayers™ adds interactive map overlay layers to your public listing maps. Visitors can toggle neighbourhood boundaries, parcel overlays, flood zones, air quality data, and more — directly on the property search map — giving them rich geographic context that standard IDX sites don't provide.
Available overlay layers
- Neighbourhood boundaries — Outlines of named neighbourhoods, loaded automatically from public boundary sources and your installed boundary packs.
- Parcel boundaries — Individual lot lines for every parcel.
- Flood zones — FEMA flood zone designations.
- Air quality — Current air quality index by area.
- Tree canopy / grass / weed pollen — Environmental coverage layers.
The GenieLayers™ panel
A collapsible panel is injected into the listing map on your site. Visitors can expand it and toggle individual layers on or off. Active layers are shown in a legend at the bottom of the map.
Availability
GenieLayers™ is included in Team and Broker plans, and is available as a $149/mo add-on on Agent plans. Individual boundary packs are available separately at $49–$99 per pack.
