What the log records
Every submission from every Genie Form is written to the submissions log inside GenieCRM™, showing which form it came from, the submitted values, and when it arrived.
Statuses
Each entry carries a status: New for fresh submissions, Contacted once the lead has been followed up, and Duplicate when the submission matched an existing lead and was merged rather than creating a second record.
Why it matters
The log is your audit trail — it proves what each form produced, supports source attribution reporting, and makes it easy to confirm no submission was missed.
