What is Genie Forms?
Genie Forms is the native form builder inside GenieCRM™. You design custom lead capture forms by drag and drop, and every form is saved as its own reusable unit with a shortcode you can place on any page, post, or Elementor widget.
What happens on submission
Each submission runs through the same lead engine as every other MLS Genie™ intake path. A new lead is created — or an existing one is deduplicated by contact details — and the submission details are attached as notes. The lead is added to your pipeline, and depending on the form’s settings it can be enrolled in a drip campaign and tagged with a custom lead source for attribution. A notification email goes to the form’s configured address, and the contact receives a branded confirmation.

Genie Forms builds native forms from scratch. Form Bridge connects forms you already run elsewhere into the same lead engine. Both produce identical, deduplicated GenieCRM™ leads — use whichever fits the page, or both.
