What Web Hooks do
Web Hooks accept contact submissions from a website that does not run MLS Genie — a separate marketing site, a landing page, a custom-built front end, or an external lead platform — and turn them into CRM contacts.
They behave like any other form
A submission arriving this way is handled exactly like a form hosted on your own site: duplicates are matched against existing contacts, the assigned agent is notified, the confirmation email goes out, and the contact appears with full source attribution.
One endpoint per form
Create a named endpoint for each form you want to track separately. Each one carries its own address, its own signing key, its own source label, and its own default agent and lead type, so reporting can tell them apart.

Manage endpoints in WP Admin under MLS Genie, Web Hooks, across the Overview, Endpoints, Developer Guide, Activity Log, and Settings tabs.
