What the directory shows
The Team Directory lists every CRM user with their photo, role, and contact information, and is searchable by name.
Contacting a teammate
The Email button opens the in-app CRM mail modal, so the message never leaves the platform. The Message button opens a Team Chat direct message with that person.
Agent profiles
Each member has a full profile with bio, DRE number, languages, and service areas, so you can route the right lead to the right agent.
