What Team Chat is
Team Chat is messaging built directly into GenieCRM. There is no separate app to install and no per-seat messaging fee. Every member can reach the whole team, a private group, or a single teammate without leaving the platform.
Where to find it
Open Team Chat from the CRM navigation. Every team has a #team-feed channel that is created automatically and includes all members.
Sending messages
Press Enter to send a message and Shift+Enter to add a new line.
