Property Intelligence is an agent research tool inside GenieCRM™. It arms your agents with deep property data sourced from public records, assessment rolls, and hazard risk databases — fetched automatically when a property is opened in the research view, with no manual steps required.

- Ownership history and current owner details
- Tax assessment and exemption data
- Natural hazard risk scores (fire, flood, earthquake, wind)
- Comparable sales data
- School district information and ratings
- Neighbourhood statistics for the ZIP — income, housing tenure, climate and air quality
- Points of interest nearby
- Lot dimensions and building details
Recorded loan and lien detail, and full permit history, are being switched on and will appear in the research view as they become available.
Where it appears
Property Intelligence lives in the Property Research area of GenieCRM™ — agent-side only. It is never displayed to site visitors or clients. The point is to make your agents the most informed person in every conversation; what they share, they share deliberately.

Property Intelligence is available as a $99/mo add-on on the Agent tier and is included in the Agent Pro and Team tiers at no additional cost.
