Where to find them
MLS Genie › Page Templates in the WordPress admin. The screen is deliberately there rather than in the CRM: these are layout decisions for whoever runs the site, not for whoever works the leads.
What you can set
Cards per row, listings per page, which facts appear on a listing card, the zoom the map opens at, whether listing pages are rendered by MLS Genie or left to your theme, and whether the listing page keeps your theme sidebar beside it.
What is not here, on purpose
No fonts, colours or spacing. Your theme and page builder own those, and two places to set the same thing is two places for them to disagree.
