Why not leave it to the theme
In most real estate themes these pages belong to the theme, which is why changing themes usually costs a site its search page. Here they belong to the platform, so they survive a theme change.
What they deliberately do not touch
No header, no footer, no fonts, no colours. Each template renders the MLS section and calls your theme for everything around it, and anything you wrote above it stays editable in your page builder. Home pages, area and city pages, market report pages and every content page stay entirely yours.
