Before anything is removed
We export a portability bundle first: your CRM records, your saved searches and alerts, your forms and their submissions, and the listing identity map. You have it in hand before the MLS content comes off.
What we delete
MLS-derived content is purged within seven days of termination, as the MLS rules require, and we can produce a certification record confirming it. Your own content is never touched.
Coming back
Reactivating is a licence change, not a rebuild. The site, the pages and the records are all still there.
