If you already have a WordPress site, we migrate it onto our hosting at no charge as part of setting you up. You are not asked to change host yourself, and you are not asked to pay a migration fee.
What comes across
The whole site: pages, posts, images, plugins, users and settings. The domain stays registered to you and simply points at the new server.
Why hosting is included
The MLS feed runs on a schedule, the imports are heavy, and listing pages have to stay fast under search-engine crawling. Those are hosting problems as much as software ones, and they are far easier to solve when the platform and the server are not two vendors blaming each other. Including it is also how the price stays predictable — there is no separate hosting bill to absorb an increase.
