Market reports split across two plan levels, because building a report and publishing it as a public web page are different jobs.
Agent and up — build and send
Any plan with the CRM lets you build market reports and send them: create a report for a city or area, share it by login-free link, and set clients up on a recurring schedule so a fresh one arrives weekly or monthly without you doing anything.
Agent Pro and up — publish to your site
Market report pages on your own website — the ones that rank, that a visitor lands on from a search for “Big Bear real estate market”, and that carry a sign-up button — are Agent Pro and Team. This is the SEO half of the feature: reports that live at their own URL, refresh themselves as the market moves, and bring people to you.
The distinction is worth understanding before you plan around it. On Agent, market reports are something you send to people you already know. On Agent Pro, they are also something that finds people who do not know you yet.
