The problem it solves
Email sent by a WordPress site directly is often treated as suspicious — a web server sending mail on behalf of a domain looks like the pattern spam uses. Lead notifications and client alerts end up in junk, or vanish.
What Mail Relay does
With it on, email from your site is handed to MLS Genie's mail servers, which are set up and monitored for deliverability, and sent from there. Nothing changes about how you use the CRM; the mail simply arrives.
What it covers
Everything the platform sends: lead notifications, client alerts, market reports, portal invitations and confirmations.
Turning it off
Switch it off and the site goes back to sending its own mail. Worth doing only if you already run a dedicated mail service of your own.
