Net proceeds calculator

How to use the net proceeds table to show your seller what they will walk away with.

What is the net proceeds table?

The net proceeds table calculates the estimated cash a seller will receive after paying off their mortgage, commissions, closing costs, and any other deductions. It updates in real time as you adjust the listing price or commission fields.

Entering deductions

The table includes pre-filled fields for: commission percentage (split into listing agent and buyer's agent), estimated closing costs (as a percentage), outstanding mortgage balance, and any additional seller credits or deductions.

The output

The table shows gross proceeds, total deductions itemised, and net proceeds — one column for each pricing tier (Conservative, Recommended, Optimistic) so your seller can see the financial impact of each price point side by side.

In the client package

The net proceeds table appears in the shareable client package automatically. If you prefer not to include it, toggle it off in Step 6 before generating the package.

We replaced BoomTown and three other tools the week we went live. The MLS sync alone saved us four hours a day. Our agents were in the CRM on day one — there was nothing to learn.
