Building your first pre-listing package

A step-by-step walkthrough of building a complete pre-listing package in GenieCMA™.

Opening GenieCMA™

Go to Property Intelligence in the CRM navigation and click New CMA Package. The 6-step wizard opens immediately.

Step 1 — Property & Lead

Enter the subject property address. GenieCMA™ will look up the property details automatically. Optionally link the package to an existing lead in GenieCRM™ so it appears on their record.

Step 2 — Set Filters

Set the comp search criteria: radius from subject property, bedroom range, bathroom range, property type, and the date range for sold comps.

Step 3 — Review Sold Comps

Review the sold comparable listings returned by your MLS data. Toggle each comp on or off using the Include/Exclude switch. The selected comps feed directly into the pricing analysis.

Step 4 — Pending & Active

Review pending and active listings — properties under contract and currently competing listings. These help your client understand the market context.

Step 5 — Pricing & Proceeds

Review the three auto-calculated pricing tiers and the net proceeds table. Adjust any values manually as needed.

Step 6 — Generate & Share

Add any agent notes, then click Generate Package. The shareable client link is created instantly and the package is ready to send.
