Genie Chat is an AI-powered chat widget that appears on your public website. It answers visitor questions about your listings, services, and market — and captures their contact details into GenieCRM™ when they are ready to connect.
How it works
The chat widget sits in the corner of your site. When a visitor opens it, they are greeted by a branded assistant. The AI can answer questions about specific listings (using your live MLS data), neighbourhood information, the buying and selling process, and your agency services.
Lead capture
When a visitor provides their name, email, or phone number in the chat, Genie Chat creates or updates their contact record in GenieCRM™ automatically. The assigned agent receives an instant notification.

Genie Chat is available as a $69/mo add-on on the Agent tier and is included in the Agent Pro and Team tiers.
