What Genie Alerts does
Alerts arrive on the desktop or phone even when GenieCRM™ is closed — a new lead, a matched saved search, a message from a portal client. Speed of response is the single largest factor in whether an online lead converts, and an alert that waits for someone to open a tab is not an alert.
No app to install
Alerts use the notification service already built into every modern browser, so there is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for. Agents allow notifications once and they work from then on, on desktop and on phone.
Who receives them
Agents receive alerts for their own leads and activity. Registered portal clients can receive their own alerts — a new listing matching a saved search, a reply from their agent — branded to your brokerage.
