How to use the Form Bridge send log to diagnose failed submissions.

What is the send log?

Every form submission that passes through Form Bridge is recorded in the send log — whether it succeeded or failed. The log is your first stop when a lead is reported missing from GenieCRM™.

Accessing the log

Go to Email Log in the CRM navigation. Each entry shows the form name, submission timestamp, the field values received, the outcome (success or error), and the full error message if the submission failed.

Common failure reasons

  • No email mapped — The submission had no mappable email field. Review your field mapping.
  • Duplicate lead — A lead with the same email already exists. The submission was not duplicated but the existing lead was updated.
  • Form not enabled — The form was submitted but Form Bridge was disabled for that form. Enable it in the form configuration panel.

Re-processing a failed submission

Click the retry icon next to any failed log entry to re-process it with the current field mapping configuration. This is useful after fixing a mapping error that caused the original failure.
