What is Form Bridge?
Form Bridge intercepts form submissions from the major WordPress form plugins — Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Forminator, and Elementor Pro forms — and routes the lead data directly into GenieCRM™. No manual copy-paste, no missed leads — every submission creates a lead record automatically.
How it works
When a visitor submits a contact form on your site, Form Bridge reads the field values, maps them to GenieCRM™ lead fields (first name, last name, email, phone, message, source), creates the lead record, and optionally fires a confirmation email to the visitor and a notification to the assigned agent.
Supported forms
Form Bridge works with Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Forminator, and Elementor Pro forms — each plugin is detected automatically, and each form is configured separately — you choose which forms connect to GenieCRM™ and how each one behaves.
Enabling Form Bridge
Go to Settings → Form Bridge in the CRM. The module is disabled by default. Toggle it on and then configure your forms individually.
