CINC transition — dual delivery setup

How to configure Form Bridge to deliver leads to both GenieCRM™ and CINC during your transition period.

Why dual delivery?

When transitioning from CINC to GenieCRM™, your team may need time to adapt to the new system. Dual delivery allows Form Bridge to route every incoming lead into both GenieCRM™ and CINC simultaneously — your team keeps working in CINC as normal while GenieCRM™ builds up a parallel lead history.

Enabling dual delivery

Go to Settings → Form Bridge → CINC Bridge. Enter your CINC routing email address (provided by CINC — it is the email address CINC uses to ingest leads from external sources). Enable the toggle and save.

Per-form control

Dual delivery can be enabled or disabled per form. A form used for general enquiries may not need to route to CINC, while a form used for PPC landing pages typically should. Configure this in each form's settings panel.

Ending the transition

When your team is fully moved to GenieCRM™, disable CINC Bridge in the settings panel. Form Bridge will continue routing leads to GenieCRM™ only.
