Accessing reports
Go to Commission → Reports. Reports can be filtered by date range, agent, and transaction status (pending, paid, disputed).
Report types
- Agent summary — Total transactions, gross commission, fees deducted, and net payout per agent for the selected period.
- Transaction detail — Line-by-line waterfall breakdown for every transaction in the period.
- Team overview — Aggregate figures across all agents — useful for end-of-month reconciliation.
Exporting reports
All reports can be exported as CSV for use in accounting software. Click the Export button in the top right of any report view.
