MLS Genie™ is a platform subscription. Having our team build a website for you is a separate service, quoted and billed separately, and it is never bundled into a tier at any price point. A subscription installs the platform on the WordPress site you already own.
What the subscription produces on its own
Every plan ships Starter Kits — one-click complete site installs with pages, navigation, layouts and GenieBuilder widgets pre-placed and wired to your live MLS feed. Listing pages, area pages, search, lead capture forms, schema and the SEO foundation are all generated by the platform. Most clients go live on a kit without a build.
Custom Website Builds — one-time
Kit-based builds, where our team starts from a Starter Kit and customizes it to your brand and market, start at $1,995. Full custom builds designed from scratch start at $3,995 and are quoted to scope. Both are one-time services on a site you own.
Onboarding — $495, optional
A one-time setup session covering the MLS connection, team configuration and branding. Optional on every plan and separate from any build.
