The four plans
Starter — $195/mo. Turns a WordPress site you already have into an IDX website. It is the plugin, not the site: if you do not have one yet, a build is a separate one-time service. IDX and SEO, not a platform. Automated MLS import, live property search, listing and area pages, listing SEO, GenieBuilder widgets, Starter Kits and Ask Genie. There is no CRM on this plan — no pipeline, no lead follow-up, no campaigns and no automated lead capture. Starter is what gets people to the site; Agent is what turns them into a pipeline.
Agent — $495/mo. Everything in Starter plus GenieCRM — leads, pipeline, campaigns and tasks — along with lead capture, the Genie PWA and GeniePortal. Market reports can be built and sent to clients on a schedule. Add-ons can be bought individually.
Agent Pro — $795/mo. Everything in Agent with all five add-ons included: Genie Chat, Property Intelligence, Reputation Manager, Social Manager and GenieLayers. Luxury Listings is bundled here too — magazine-style showcase pages for standout listings, which is not sold separately at any tier. Agent Pro also publishes market report pages to your own website, where they rank and capture sign-ups; on Agent, reports are sent to clients rather than published.
Team — from $1,695/mo. Everything in Agent Pro plus Team Chat, Team Directory, Commission Manager and two-way SMS. Fifteen agents are included.
Where the ladder stops
Team is the largest plan. There is no brokerage tier. Multiple office locations are supported on Team — $199/mo per additional office, each with its own agents, listings and CRM access under one account — so a business with two or three offices is well covered. What is not covered is brokerage-scale operations: recruiting tools, cross-office compliance reporting, single sign-on, and a contractual service level. A brokerage that needs those is better served by a platform staffed for it, and we would rather say so than sell into it.
Moving between plans
Plans change at any time and there is no long-term contract. Moving from Starter to Agent is the upgrade that adds the CRM — the CRM is not available as an add-on, because everything in it depends on having one.
