What it does
When somebody browses listings on your site, Activity Tracker quietly notes which properties they looked at. The moment they fill in a form, that history is attached to the new contact — so the lead arrives already telling you what they are interested in.
Why it matters
A lead that says "viewed four lakefront homes under $900k this week" is a different call from a name and an email address. The browsing happened before they identified themselves, and it is connected back to them retroactively.
Where it appears
On the lead's timeline in GenieCRM, alongside emails, calls and notes.
Only where it is useful
Tracking runs on property pages only. Other pages are not recorded, and nothing is stored at all for a visitor who never looks at a listing.
